Breslin Builders has contracted Bill Hinchliff with IPME to supply and modify 36 containers for the Container Park here on Fremont Street downtown Las Vegas Nevada, I would like to say this project was very challenging in all aspects, the time schedules were very tight and challenging as well.
Working directly with Bill with his experience from the beginning we knew we had found the right man, his team with architectural and engineering experience throughout the project absolutely made my job, as project manager much easier and let me concentrate on all my other tasks at hand.
After all containers had been approved by our architect and engineer per contract documents listed IPME immediately got to work and all containers were supplied on time like clockwork.

In 2011 our school contracted with Bill Hinchliff, currently of IPME, and Gene Kraus of Kraus Construction to build our high school. We used 32 containers and built 10,000 sq. feet of classrooms, offices, and a performance hall.
I cannot speak highly enough of the professional integrity of both Bill and Gene. Buying the containers, preparing them at the shipyard, delivering them, placing them and then doing all of the finishing work on site went without delay and was kept on budget. I recommend them without hesitation.
